A capsule machine with the full ritual: crank it round, watch the capsule bounce down the chute, wobble to rest, crack along its seam, and present what is inside. Tiers cycle in fixed order and the top one is deliberately infrequent — a machine that hands out rainbows every turn is not a machine anyone remembers.
