Medal Swing

A medal that drops in on its lanyard, swings itself to rest on a decaying tween, and then keeps catching the light on a slow glint cycle. Hover for an extra flash; click because nobody can leave a hanging medal alone. Three tiers, each tinted from the palette rather than painted gold, so it belongs to whatever theme it lands in.
